Brown polyaluminium chloride granules for wastewater treatment

The main direction of the program

Polyaluminium chloride
  • Brown Granules (Roller/Drum Drying) Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) is a polymeric coagulant and chemical coagulant of inorganic aluminum salts, specialized in industrial wastewater/sewage/sewage treatment and municipal wastewater treatment.
  • Industrial wastewater
  • Municipal sewerage
  • Wastewater from textile dyeing
  • Wastewater from tannery and leather industry
  • Coal washing and wastewater disposal
  • Wastewater from wineries and breweries
  • Oily wastewater
  • Treatment of wastewater from meat production

Characteristics of the drying drum/cylinder of brown aluminum chloride (granules).

  • CAS No.: 1327-41-9 EINECS No.: 215-477-2 Molecular Formula: 【AL2(OH)nCL6-n】
  • PAC gets wet easily when exposed to air.
  • Powerful electrical neutralization of colloidal substances in wastewater.
  • PAC solution has good  adsorption properties  for binding suspended solids in water.
  • Selective absorption of dissolved substances
  • Effectively removes dyes, SS, COD, BOD, arsenic (As), mercury (Hg) and other heavy metal ions from wastewater.

Directions for use

  • Aluminum chloride should be used after dissolving the solid package in water (liquid package). The dilution ratio is generally: 2% solid PAH to 20% product (by weight).
  • PAC dosage is usually: 1 to 15 kg/ton, the specific dosage depends on the user’s laboratory glass testing, taking into account the field dosage.

storage

  • The shelf life of steel PAK is two years. It should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place.
  • After exposure to moisture, solid PAC can still be used on polyaluminum chloride.
  • Polyaluminium chloride should not be stored together with   other chemicals.

closed

  • Packed in woven polypropylene bags with a polyethylene liner, 25 kg in each bag.
  • The print content on the Rigid  PAC packaging is provided    according to your requirements.
